Tier inspiration

Tiers reward customers with a higher level as they stay active, and each level unlocks better perks. That gives customers a reason to keep coming back and spending. Tiers can offer status and recognition, perks like priority access or discounts, and rewards that are only available at certain levels.

Below are example setups per sector. Depending on your loyalty type, customers move up based on check-ins, visits, minutes played or amount spent.

Padel (our standard setup)

For padel clubs, we start with five tiers based on minutes played. Each tier lets members earn reward points a bit faster.

Tier To reach it Points
Rookie 0 minutes played 1x points
Player 180 minutes played 1.1x points
Challenger 600 minutes played 1.2x points
Pro 1,200 minutes played 1.3x points
Legend 1,800 minutes played 1.5x points

You can add more perks to each tier, for example from Ideas for tier perks under Tiers.

Tips for tiers
  • Keep the number of levels manageable, for example three to five.
  • Make each level feel like a clear step up.
  • Combine small, frequent perks with bigger rewards to work towards.
  • Give your tiers names that fit your brand, for example Rookie, Pro and Legend for a sports club.
  • When in doubt, start simple and gradually add tiers and perks. It's always better to add something than to take it away, because members rarely like losing a perk.
