# Team members and roles

**Team members** shows who has access to your dashboard. For each team member you'll see their role, when they were added, how many points they've given and how many rewards they've handed out. Use the **App access** toggle to decide whether the team member can use the business app, the mobile app for your team.

**Roles**

Every team member has a role, which decides what they can do in the dashboard and the business app.

| Role | Access | No access to |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **Admin** | Everything: analytics, marketing, your programme setup, member activity, manual points, app settings and the referral programme. Plus account management: billing, team members and Stripe Connect. Full access in the business app (if App access is switched on). | – |
| **Program manager** | Marketing and your programme tools: rewards, challenges, tiers, blog, push notifications, member tags and so on. Member activity (members, CRM, receipts) and manual points. Only their own personal settings. | Analytics, app settings, the referral programme, billing, team members and Stripe |
| **Staff** | Member activity (members, CRM, receipts). Manual points, in the dashboard and the business app. Only their own personal settings. | Your programme setup, marketing, analytics, app settings and account management |

Tip: give front desk or till staff the Staff role. That way they can give points and look up members without being able to change your programme or settings. Make sure the staff who redeem rewards at the till have access to the business app (App access switched on) and know how to redeem a reward (see On-site reward: claiming and redeeming).

**Inviting a team member**

1. Click **Invite** in the top right.
2. Under **Role**, choose the role: **Admin**, **Program manager** or **Staff**.
3. Enter the email addresses of the people you want to invite.
4. Click **Invite**. They'll receive an invitation by email.
