# Your onboarding timeline
Most clients go live within **2 to 3 weeks** of their kick-off. How quickly you get there depends mainly on you, because you set up your loyalty programme yourself in the dashboard. The sooner your setup is done, the sooner you can launch.
1. **Kick-off:** ahead of the kick-off, send us your brand book or logo so we can prepare the meeting. During the kick-off, your Customer Success Manager walks you through the dashboard and sets up the basics with you.
2. **Setting up your programme:** after the kick-off, you'll receive an email with everything we discussed, your action points and instructions. You then set up your app and loyalty programme in the dashboard. Use the go-live checklist below to see what needs to be ready. This guide explains how to set up each part. Let your Customer Success Manager know once you're done, so we can move on to the next step.
3. **Submitting your app:** once your setup is complete, we submit your native app to the App Store and Google Play. Approval takes about a week. With a loyalty integration in an existing app, we create the PWA and deliver it to the third party that manages your app, so they can integrate it.
4. **Pre-launch call:** once your app is approved, you and your Customer Success Manager fine-tune your programme and plan your promotion. We'll also email you your marketing materials: your QR poster and your app's download links.
5. **Launch:** your app is live. Time to promote it to your customers.
