# Offers
Offers are the deals you attach as an incentive to a campaign or automation, for example a free coffee or a discount on a next booking.
The overview shows all your offers. Use the **All**, **In stock**, **Low stock**, **Out of stock** and **Archived** tabs to filter by stock, and you can filter by location. For each offer you'll see which campaigns it's used in, which locations it applies to, how often it's been claimed, its stock and status.
**Creating an offer**
Click **Create offer** and choose the type:
- **On-site offer:** members redeem the offer at your location, for example a free drink. Redemption works the same way as your other on-site rewards: with a QR code or a swipe.
- **Online voucher:** members receive a voucher code to redeem the offer online, for example a discount on a next booking.

1. **Offer details:** upload an image and enter the name (up to 21 characters) and description (up to 200 characters). You do this for each language in your app; the translate button automatically translates the text into your other languages, which you can then still edit.
2. **Cost:** enter the price a customer would normally pay for this offer. This value is used to measure what your campaigns bring in.
3. **Availability:** choose whether the offer applies at all your locations (**All locations**) or only specific ones (**Select locations**).
4. **Advanced settings:** set a maximum stock if you want.
5. Click **Create**, or **Create and add another** to go straight on to the next offer.
On the right, **Offer preview** shows how members will see the offer in the app. Use **Preview language** to view the preview in another language.
*Online voucher*
You create an online voucher the same way, with a few extra fields:
- **How to redeem:** the steps for using the voucher. There's a default text ready, for example: tap Claim, copy your unique discount code, go to the website and enter the code at checkout.
- **Terms and conditions:** the voucher's terms.
Under **Discount codes**, choose how the codes are handed out:
- **One code per member:** each member gets their own code. Upload a spreadsheet (XLSX) with the codes, for example from your booking system or webshop.
- **One code for everyone:** everyone gets the same code, up to a maximum number of uses.
