# Integrations and earning rules

**Integrations** shows, per sector (for example Padel and Beauty), which booking and POS systems Authic integrates with. For each integration you'll see what it does and whether it's connected to your programme. If it says **Not Connected**, the integration isn't active.

## Earning Rules

**Earning Rules** (on the **Loyalty structure** page) shows your programme's rules:

- **Point earning rule**: how members earn points, for example per minute played, per euro spent or per check-in.
- **Point collection method**: how points come in, for example through an integration with your booking system or manual entry.
- **Reward redemption method**: how rewards are redeemed, with a QR code or a swipe.

What you see here differs per programme: it depends on your sector and how your programme was set up during the kick-off. These rules are locked to prevent accidental changes; if you want to change something, get in touch with our team or your Customer Success Manager. If your programme uses a reference amount, like the average price per player for one hour of court hire in padel, you can change it yourself here via **Edit**.
