# Contact list and customer profiles
**Contacts** brings all your customers together in one place: both your loyalty members and customers who aren't (yet) part of your loyalty programme. It has four sections: Contact list, Loyalty members, Segments and Manual points.
The **Contact list** shows all your contacts, for example from your booking system. For each contact you'll see their name, email address, loyalty status (Member or Non-member), last booking, number of bookings and spend over the last 90 days.
At the top, you can filter the list by:
- **Loyalty status:** members or non-members.
- **Email comms:** whether the contact can receive emails from you. You can also tell from the envelope icon in front of the email address: if it's green, the contact has opted in to email.
- **Last booking:** when the contact last booked.
- **Bookings (90d)** and **Spend (90d):** how often the contact has booked over the last 90 days and how much they've spent.
In the top right you'll find three buttons:
- **Custom fields:** add your own fields to your contacts.
- **Import:** upload contacts, for example an existing list from your current CRM or customer system. That way all your existing customer data is in Authic straight away, ready to use for segments and campaigns.
- **Export:** export your contact list.
**Customer profile**
Click a contact to open their customer profile. This shows everything you know about the customer in one place. For a contact who isn't (yet) a loyalty member, the profile has three tabs:
- **Overview:**
- **Loyalty enrolment:** whether the contact can be invited to your loyalty programme, how many invitations have already been sent and when the next automatic invitation goes out.
- **Contact details:** email address, phone number and whether the contact has opted in to email and SMS.
- **Segments:** which segments the contact belongs to.
- **Custom fields:** your own fields, for example a card type or registration date. Click **Edit** to change them.
- **Customer insights:** spend and bookings, such as spend and number of bookings over the last 90 days.
- **Campaigns:** how many emails and push notifications the contact has received and the open rate, their preferred channel and the best time to reach them. You'll also see which campaigns and automations have reached them.
- **Email:** the contact's email history. On the right you can email this contact directly: enter a title, preview text and your message, check it with **Preview** and send it with **Send**.
