# Analytics
**Analytics** shows you how your loyalty programme and your customers are performing. We're currently rebuilding Analytics, so what you see in your dashboard may look slightly different from what's described here.
Analytics is split into several pages, such as Overview, Loyalty, Bookings, Tiers, Members, Challenges and Rewards. If you use the CRM, you'll also see Contacts, Campaigns and Segments.
Every page works the same way:
- At the top, under **Displaying data for**, pick a location and a time period (for example the last 30 days) and click **Apply**.
- You'll see the key numbers, such as active and new members or the number of points issued. Click the question mark next to a number for a short explanation.
- Charts show how a number changes over time, often compared with the previous period.
- Use **Export data** to download the data.
**What you'll find in Analytics**
Depending on the page, you'll see things like:
- **Your programme at a glance:** points earned, visits or check-ins, how many customers come back, new members, rewards claimed and challenges completed, by day, week, month or year.
- **Your members:** how many points they earn, how often they visit, which rewards they claim, when they check in and how much they spend.
- **Rewards:** how many rewards have been claimed, which ones are most popular, how often rewards are claimed per location and how many are redeemed.
- **Challenges:** how many challenges have been completed, broken down by Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Google reviews, plus the results of surveys and referrals.
Use these insights to reward your best customers, make your offer more personal and keep improving your programme.
